I provide individual therapy to teens and adults who struggle in regulating their emotions and are seeking more coping skills. Please note that I am not providing couples therapy sessions at this time.
About
I’m committed to helping teens and adults learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on using strengths, coping skills, exploring family systems, and breaking out of unhealthy patterns. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
I’m passionate about increasing self-esteem and independence for young adults as they learn to navigate adulthood. I also have experience with domestic violence, sexual assault, foster care, adoption, juvenile delinquency, parenting, blended families, and child abuse.
If you have a PPO insurance plan that I am out of network with, I will discuss your plan specifically with you to determine if I am able to submit the billing and request payment from them based on your benefits. If you have a plan that I am unable to do this for, I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
